I use this for any pain that I�ve aquired in my body from work. Most recently I felt like I tore something in my shoulder. Took a good 3 months to heal it up but this product worked great! Could lift my arm again no issues. I wish I could buy it for everyday use but for now it's good for healing only when things hurt.

My best friend recommended these so I tried them. I didn�t realize the gradual increase in mobility and decrease in pain. I ran out of them and couldn�t afford to purchase more at that time, as they are expensive. Within a week my pain returned so that it felt like my knee was folding forward on itself as I walked.As soon as I could afford them I ordered more.
