Most vitamins are a waite of time to me but not these. Decided a couple years ago after watching commercials on TV to give them a try. I take two of each every day and feel they make a difference.
I love this product, but the outside plastic packaging is wrapped too tightly and is difficult to open.
That they took the stiffness out of my body and my mind registers better, also I get out of bed in the morning without feeling pain and stiffness. Before I took these I had to ease my way out of bed and the amazing thing about this is I started feeling results after the first day. The secret is that I take three of the veggies and three of fruits all in the morning.
Serveral orders of my Balance of Nature the Veggies count was less than the last order the Fruit was less in another.I'm not happy about the deception of the missed count of this product. The counts of the Balance of Nature has been off several times. My hope is that this would be corrected each time that I ordered but unfortunately this has not happened. Please advise moving forward.Other then this discrepancy I have received healthy benefits.I have one bottle with just with just two left. I have placed another order of the Balance of Nature. It's unsettling that my orders has been missed counted on several occasions of orders that I have placed.However, I do understand that things happens and we are not profit but this issue of missed calculation of this product has happened to my on at least 6 - 8 times of my purchases.Thank youLinda R.
I can tell a difference when I take these. I generally feel better and I am less hungry. I don�t know why, but I am. I do have to say they are very hard to swallow, and normally I don�t have any problem taking pills. But the capsule container on these is pretty sticky. It gets stuck about halfway down my esophagus, and it burns. I think it�s because it�s made of cellulose and not other products that are used in less natural vitamins. I have tried to use a product called pill glide, and it helps somewhat, but the vitamins work so well for me, that I am willing to keep trying to take them. I also think they�re a little pricey, but when you see the video on how they are made, and how they truly are natural and made in the United States, that explains the price. It just costs more to make things here, but you usually end up with a superior product. I like them. I want to keep taking them. But I have to find a way to get them down without ending up with heartburn.Updated September 1, 2023: I found a way to make them easier to swallow. I take them with a big gulp of water, and then follow up with hot coffee or hot tea. The hot drink makes them slide down right away. I still think these are helping for energy, and I�ve even gotten another family member to try them, and he says they work for him as well.
